Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and are in re-sellable condition.

How to Return an Item

Step 1:

First, give us a call at (772) 569-3797 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). When you call for this number, please have the following information ready: your order confirmation number, date of purchase, item(s) that need to be returned and your credit card that was used on the purchase.

Step 2:

If you paid with a credit card, the credit card will be issued a refund for the amount of the purchase. We cannot issue a credit for the freight that was billed to you on the initial order.

Step 3:

Once you have the RGA number, you are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product back to Perkins Medical Supply. You may use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier of your choice. One of our Customer Service representatives provide you with the address to ship the product to.
